If you need us to login to a platform that you use, our first preference is that you set us up with delegate admin/editor access where available – using access@ascendz.co as the email address. This is our preference because is spares back and forth time on incorrect access details and/or two factor authentication requests.
However, if delegate access is not an option, then please share your passwords with us via LastPass – using the same email address access@ascendz.co.
If you’re not familiar with how LastPass works, here are some instructions:
Log in to your vault to add a password.
- Log in to LastPass and access your vault by doing either of the following:
- In your web browser toolbar, click the LastPass icon
and select Vault or Open My Vault. - Go to https://lastpass.com/?ac=1 and log in with your email address and master password.
- In your web browser toolbar, click the LastPass icon
- Select Passwords in the navigation pane.
- Click the Add icon
. - Enter the URL of the site, and all other information you want to store.
- Click Save when finished.
- Once saved if you click on the spanner icon on the item you just added in the bottom left you will see some new icons including one that looks like 2 people – click this and enter our email address to share it with us.
