Accessing tickets
When you sign in to the portal, the first screen you are taken to will list all of your tickets. To the right of the ticket name will be the status of that ticket.

The statuses can include:
  • Active
  • Waiting on Customer
  • On Hold
  • Solved
  • Closed

Accessing Company Tickets
If you are part of a company and there are others who can submit tickets as well, you can access these by navigating to Other Tickets

Submit a New Ticket
To submit a new ticket navigate to Submit a Request. Populate the fields with as much information as possible to help us support you with your request. 

Click Submit.
