If you're a new customer and haven't yet submitted your first ticket, please go to https://ascendz.teamwork.com/support/ and click 'Sign up'.
Enter your details to create an account and you can then login.
Existing Customers
If you're an existing customer, i.e. you've already submitted your first ticket, please go to https://ascendz.teamwork.com/support/ and click 'Login'.
When this window appears, click the Lost Password link under the Login button and then enter your email address:
Note: It is important to use the same email address you use to submit tasks/requests
