If you are a WordPress Care customer then yes we will update your WordPress site for you as part of your care plan.
Otherwise it is your responsibility to keep your WordPress site up to date. If we're working on your site and need to add any plugins or modify your theme, we will check that you have a backup first – that way should anything go wrong you can roll back to an earlier time.
